Three Good things exercise:
The Three Good Things exercise has been found to increase participants'
happiness, particularly with use over extended periods of time. Good
thing could include items such as ‘‘my husband took my place in the
carpool..’’ For each item, also answer the following question: What did I
do to help make the good thing happen? This question can help you
appreciate your own role in positive events.
